The real taste of fruit, all year round
Dehydrated fruit is fresh fruit from which about 90% of the water has been gently removed. This process naturally concentrates the flavors while maintaining a soft and pleasant texture.
Dehydrated fruits are easy to include in everyday habits: as a snack, at breakfast, in yogurt, granola, baking or sweet and savory recipes.

Slow drying at low temperature
Dehydration is performed using a gentle and progressive drying process. Depending on the fruit and preparation methods, drying may take around 16 to 17 hours at a temperature close to 30°C.
Above 45°C, certain vitamins may be altered. Low-temperature drying helps preserve most of the fruit’s natural nutrients, except vitamin C, which is more sensitive to the process.

Frequently asked questions about dehydrated fruits
How long do dehydrated fruits last?
When stored in a dry place away from heat and light, dehydrated fruits can last up to 12 months.
How should dehydrated fruits be stored after opening?
After opening, keep them in an airtight container to maintain their soft texture and quality.
What is the difference between dehydrated fruits and nuts?
Dehydrated fruits are fresh fruits with most of their water removed. Nuts naturally contain little water and are classified differently.
Are dehydrated fruits sweet?
During dehydration, water reduction naturally concentrates the sugars present in fresh fruit, resulting in a more intense and naturally sweet taste.
How can dehydrated fruits be used in cooking?
They can be eaten as they are or added to granola, yogurt, baking, desserts or sweet and savory recipes.
