A timeless classic, homemade crepes are always associated with warmth and conviviality. In this recipe, dried fruits add a naturally sweet, fruity touch and a soft texture that pairs perfectly with thin, golden crepes.

Lightly warmed, the dried strawberry, apple and pear pieces release their aromas and create a simple yet indulgent filling, ideal for dessert or afternoon treats.

Crepe batter ingredients (8–10 crepes)

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil or melted butter

Batter preparation

  1. Place the flour in a bowl and make a well.
  2. Add the eggs and mix gently.
  3. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
  4. Add salt and oil or butter.
  5. Mix until smooth and fluid.
  6. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Cooking the crepes

  1. Heat a lightly greased pan.
  2. Pour in a ladle of batter and spread thinly.
  3. Cook about 1 minute per side.
