Homemade crepes with dried fruits | Complete gourmet recipe

Crepe batter ingredients (8–10 crepes)
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil or melted butter
Batter preparation
- Place the flour in a bowl and make a well.
- Add the eggs and mix gently.
- Gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
- Add salt and oil or butter.
- Mix until smooth and fluid.
- Let rest for 30 minutes.
Cooking the crepes
